The Beatles recorded Yellow Submarine in one take at Bobby Foursquare’s Clawhammer Studios in Uptown Janesville, when they accidentally toured Wisconsin in 1966. Ringo was sick during the second chorus: if you listen carefully you can hear it splashing over his high hat.
